I integrate psychological insight, teaching experience, and design thinking into front-end development to craft user experiences that are both intuitive and human-centered.
A full visual and web design project for my own music curation brand, The Attics. I designed the brand identity—including the logo, posters, and blog content—and developed the official website using Webflow. This platform serves as the core hub for event promotion and DJ collaboration, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic and mission.
Full website design and build for a concept team collaboration platform. This website also includes a beautiful blog. I have built the website and the blog in Webflow which has one of the best CMS for blog hosting.
Homepage design and build for a concept chat application. I first created the layout and visuals, then developed a fully responsive web page using Webflow.
I hold a double major in Psychology and Economics from the University of Toronto and will begin my Master’s in Applied Developmental Psychology at OISE, the university’s graduate school of education, in 2025. My education combines theory with practice, focusing on human development, user behavior, and training in both psychotherapy and teaching.
With hands-on experience in peer support and psychological services, I’ve developed the ability to empathize deeply with clients and understand their needs from a user-centered perspective. I regularly conduct peer support sessions, applying therapeutic principles to build trust and offer meaningful guidance.
As the visual designer for my startup The Attics, I created the brand logo, event posters, and official website—gaining direct experience in shaping visual identity and user-facing content. This creative foundation continues to inform my approach to UI design, grounding it in real-world aesthetics, branding, and user flow.
My approach to UI/UX design is rooted in psychological insight and shaped by real project experience. With a background in peer counseling and user research, I prioritize empathy, accessibility, and user-centered thinking in every design decision. I see design not just as aesthetics, but as a form of communication—guided by user needs and behavioural patterns.
With experience teaching and working at startups focused on youth psychological education, I’ve developed a strong foundation in educational practice—especially with younger populations. My academic background at OISE and in psychology further deepens this focus. These experiences shape how I approach UX/UI design: with clarity, empathy, and a deep understanding of how people—especially young users—learn and interact.
